We want you to be fully satisfied with every new item that you purchase from CAPiTA Snowboards. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other additional charges.
The item must be returned in new/unused condition with all of the paperwork to ensure full credit. If you no longer have the packing slip. Please include a note referencing your original order # and details.
Returns and exchanges must be unused, unworn, clean, undamaged, and have the original tags on the snowboard or garment.
We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.
Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
The return shipping is not pre-paid but if you choose to do an exchange, we will ship the exchanged item to free of shipping charges.
We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged shipments. Return shipments should be sent with a tracking service such as UPS, FedEx or USPS services that have tracking.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment card. We will refund your card as soon as we approve the return. Please note that refunds typically appear on credit card statements one full billing cycle from the refund date.
