Prices: All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this site are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for the inadvertent error. 

Orders: When you place an order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on our site. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any sale at any time. 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless shop.capitasnowboarding.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from any and all claims, liability (including product liability), damages, and or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees) that arise from your use of any shop.capitasnowboarding.com services. 

Payment Information:
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, JCB, and Diner's Club. We do not accept credit cards which have been issued by banks outside of the United States. 

Failed Authorization & Payment Declines:
You may need to contact your bank for additional information about declined payments. Phone numbers can be retrieved on the back of most cards. 
If your card was declined, please double check the following information. 
Billing address matches what your bank has on file for the card. 
Credit Card number. 

To resolve payment issues, contact your bank about: 
Authorization to proceed with activity flagged by the bank as unexpected (including first-time orders and high-value purchases). 
Daily withdrawal or purchase limits. 
Payment authorizations, reserved funds, and charges. 

Debit and Credit Card Transactions
When you place an order, an authorization is obtained from your bank. The authorization places a temporary hold on the funds. Please note, these funds have not been deducted but are being held within your account to ensure the order can be processed. This hold typically lasts from 7-10 days, depending on the policy of your bank. Your credit card will not be charged until the item(s) have shipped. 
When you use your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address. If this billing address is different then what your bank has on file, the authorization may fail. 
We cannot work out credit card problems with your financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is resolved. 

Sales Tax:
Sales tax is calculated and applied at the time of your order. If your shipping address is within Washington state, sales tax will be applied. Sales tax may be applied to shipping and handling charges.

This Privacy Policy describes how CAPiTA Snowboards (“CAPiTA”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects and uses your information through the shop.capitasnowboarding.com website and handles the information you provide through your use of our website. This Privacy policy does not apply to any information we collect from other sources. By using our website or purchasing any product or service online from shop.capitasnowboarding.com, you consent to the arms of our Privacy Policy.

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time on our site.

Personal information you provide may include your name, birthdate, gender, phone number, email and physical address, credit card information (when necessary) and other data. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children who are under age 13.

To modify or delete your personal information, please update your member account profile. Note that your old personal information may reside in our backup files and archives until it is deleted through our data storage procedures.

We may use e-mail, phone or other contact methods to (1) notify you of special offers, newsletters, and product alerts or features in which we believe you may be interested, (2) request information regarding your account or payment, (3) disseminate passwords, validate requests and provide customer support and (4) provide you with information that you request. You consent to receipt of any such communication. To unsubscribe from certain communications, please change your user account communications settings or follow the instructions in the email or other communication you receive. There are some essential, administrative communications for which you cannot opt out. Regardless of the settings you select, we may still send you service-related communications. All changes may take a few days to become effective. For example, if you have unsubscribed from any of our communications, you may still receive communications already in production due to production schedules.
